Are Stimagz made for kids?  

Stimagz are made for adults. They contain small magnets and can be a choking hazard. Stimagz are not intended for anyone under 14 years of age.


Will the magnets damage my phone? 

Nope! Phones use NAND flash memory which is not affected by magnets. 


Will the magnets damage my credit card? 

Nope! We certainly wouldn't recommend storing your Stimagz directly on top of a magnetized card for long periods of time, but our testing has not uncovered any issues occurring between Stimagz and cards through regular use. This includes storing Stimagz in the same pocket as your wallet. 


Will the magnets damage my phone/laptop/monitor?

Stimagz should not be placed on top of anything with a hard drive, such as an old computer or laptop, but won’t interfere with modern electronic devices such as cell phones or tablets!

 

Will my Stimagz be damaged if they go through the washing machine? 

No! Stimagz should withstand a trip through the washing machine - the strength of the magnets should not be affected. 


What are Stimagz made of? 

Stimagz are constructed using a durable polypropylene plastic and powerful, rare-earth Neodymium magnets.


What makes Stimagz different from the construction toys I used as a kid? 

Stimagz are often compared to children’s toys designed for construction, often including a small metal ball as a joint. Many within the neurodivergent community used these toys to stim as children - in fact this is what inspired the creation of Stimagz! What sets Stimagz apart are their intentional design for the purpose of stimming, and their intention for use by adults. Our magnetic stim toys are designed to withstand frequent, ongoing stimming and repeated falls without falling apart. They were made by and for neurodivergent adults, with stimulatory needs in mind. Stimagz are built to last, and meant to be a reliable stim toy for adults with self-stimulatory needs. 


Can I use multiple discount codes? 

Our system only allows for the use of one discount code per order. 


How do I make a return? 

Start the returns process by emailing support@stimagz.com with the subject line “Return Order#[fill Order # here]”. You can find your Order Number in your Order Confirmation email. Read more here: https://www.stimagz.com/policies/refund-policy 


What do I do if my Stimagz get dirty? 

Stimagz can be cleaned! This is best done by spraying all-purpose cleaner onto a cloth and applying it to the tarnished areas. To clean any dirt or debris out of the indentations at the top and bottom of each Stimag, try running them under a sink or using a water flosser to pressure wash the affected areas.

Why haven't my Glow in the Dark Stimagz shipped yet? 

There is a slight delay in fulfilling orders for our Glow in the Dark Stimagz as we are currently switching fulfillment centers. If your order has not been processed within seven days, please contact support@stimara.com to check its status.
